A complete website redesign and upgrade for a London arbitration and dispute resolution consultancy, moving it off WordPress to a fast static site, with AI, CRM and accounting systems integrated.
Challenge
Kadhims is led by a Solicitor Advocate whose work spans sovereign investment treaty claims, international arbitration and art law. The old WordPress site was slower and harder to maintain than the practice needed, and client work ran across separate tools for contacts, matters and finances.
Solution
We redesigned the site from the ground up and rebuilt it as a fast, secure static site on Cloudflare's global network, with a simple web editor so articles and pages can be updated without a developer. Every old address was redirected to protect search rankings. Behind the site, we integrated AI tools alongside new CRM and accounting systems to reduce admin and keep client records in one place.
Kadhims is a London legal and advisory consultancy focused on international arbitration, mediation, litigation funding and art and cultural heritage disputes.
The new site puts the founder’s expertise and case experience front and centre, presents services and sectors clearly, and makes it easy for prospective clients to get in touch in confidence. It’s built to load quickly anywhere in the world, which matters for a practice whose clients are spread across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
